Telehealth

Telehealth counselling has been shown to be just as effective as in-person therapy.

Specific benefits include:

  • ease of access,
  • time savings,
  • transfer of new skills more easily to the home environment, and
  • continuity of therapy during times of travel or isolation/mild illness

 

Individual telehealth sessions can be conducted either by Zoom or phone.

Couple telehealth is conducted by Zoom.
