Telehealth
Telehealth counselling has been shown to be just as effective as in-person therapy.
Specific benefits include:
- ease of access,
- time savings,
- transfer of new skills more easily to the home environment, and
- continuity of therapy during times of travel or isolation/mild illness
Individual telehealth sessions can be conducted either by Zoom or phone.
Couple telehealth is conducted by Zoom.
